The Oil Skimmer is an ingenious device for removing oil from waste water. This almost maintenance free machine available in two models gets on with the job of removing oil from water without any fuss and bother or human assistance.
This unique method of removing oil utilizes a floating tube made from a flexible, speciallly formulated plastic that attracts oil but not water. The skimmer continuously draws the oil covered tube through scrapers and returns the clean tube to the water surface to gather more oil. The collection tube, which is sized to your application, snakes over and around floating debris to reach the oil. The flexible tube flops so that it breaks through crusted oil or grease and makes these contaminants adhere to the outer surface of the tube.
