Alert ASP-6020-130 Scrap Metal Baling Press
The Alert ASP-6020-130 is designed for Non-Ferrous and Light Gauge ferrous material,specifically in larger lengths. The Maximum material length is 3.5 meters (approx 15 feet)
This is a three stage baler, which comprises a side loader (Stage 1) that feeds the material into the chamber prior to the Shear Action from the lid (Stage 2) The lid acts as a pre-compression stage (Stage 3) is the compression of the gathered material with 130 Tonnes of force, creating a High Density Bale. The Bale is ejected via the Bale Exit onto the out-feed ramp for further handling/palletising.
